- Onion - 2
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chilli - 2
- green chilli - 4
- Curry leaf - 5

- Milk - 1/2 cup

- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds. When mustards splutters add red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add onions ,green chilli saute for 2 minutes. Add fennel seeds,chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste ,garam masala and curry leaves saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped and cooked potatoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
