Instructions Mix together rice flour, grated coconut, egg and sugar along with a little water. Mix them well to get the consistency of dosa batter. Heat a pan. Smear some oil and put one largespoon of dough and expand it to a circle(just like dosa). Sprinkle some oil on top. Cook on both sides. :- Serve with chutney powder. :- Makes 6 dosas.
