  • Biriyani rice : 100 gm
  • Milkmaid : 1 tin
  • Milk : 3 cups
  • Elaichi Powder: 2 or 3
  • Almonds : 10 nos


  • Soak rice in water for 30 minutes to one hour.
  • Drain water and grind to a fine paste.
  • Add milk to paste and heat together.Stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.bring to boil. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Add milkmaid ,almonds and elaichi and remove from fire .
  • Leave to cool and set in a refrigerator.
  • Serve cool.
