Ingredients
- Prawns(cleaned) - 1 1/2 cup
- Onion(minced) - 4 dsp
- All purpose flour/Corn Flour(Maida) - 2 dsp
- Ajino moto - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Peanuts(fried without skin) - 1/2 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mince the cleaned prawns with a knife.
- Crush the peanuts into small pieces.
- Make a thick batter of minced prawns, onion, maida, ajino moto, pepper powder, egg, peanuts and required salt.
- Pour teaspoons full of batter into the oil and fry till golden in color.
- Roasted shrimp balls is ready and serve.
