- Mutton - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves
- Ginger Paste - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
- Water - 3/4 tsp
- Bay leaves(To garnish, Karuva ela) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Saute cumin seeds, cardamom for 2 minutes.
- Add onion and fry it. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder. Then add marinated mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
- When done, decorate with bay leaves.
