  • Unakkallari - 2 cups
  • Milk - 2 ltr
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • Cashew nuts - 3 spoon
  • Raisins(Onakkamunthiri) - 2 spoon
  • Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
  • Ghee - 2 spoon

Instructions
  1. In a pressure cooker, boil the rice nicely.
  2. Add the milk and sugar and stir well, till it becomes little thick.
  3. Switch off the gas.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Fry nuts and raisins and add it into the payasam.
  6. Add the powdered cardamom into the payasam and stir well.
