Ingredients
- Rasam powder - 2 spoon
- Tamarind(soak in water, Puli) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Tomato - 1/2 of
- Coriander leaves(A few) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 -
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Extract the tamarind juice and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add tamarind juice and allow it to boil.
- When it starts to boil, add tomato, turmeric powder, rasam powder, chilly powder and salt.
- Boil further.
- Finally add coriander leaves.
