this is my own recipe to make qick and easy egg pulav within few mins and this taste very well

Ingredients
- Rice - 1 1/2 cup
- Egg - 6
- Onions - 2
- Tomato - 2
- green chilli - 3
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tblsp
- Mint and coriander(small) -
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil(- 5 tbsp) -
- Whole garam masala(all 1) -

Instructions
- Soak rice and chop all th onions and tomatoes
- In a pressure pan add oil and whole garam masala
- Add soaked rice and mix well for few mins till water disappear
- Add water 1: 2 and cook and turn off and keep aside
- Add eggs and mix it well and cook in medium to low flame
- When its scrambled add rice and mix it all and turn off the flame
- Now its ready to serve Scrambled Egg Pulav is ready
