Instructions First, cut the bread slices into 6 pieces. Fry them in ghee in a pan with ghee evenly on both sides of the pieces and fry till golden brown & stiff. Keep it aside. Boil the milk & add the cardamom powder & reduce milk to 1/4 which will take 15 minutes stirring it to make it thick. Add the sugar. :- It has to be very sweet. Add the bread. Fry nuts, raisins & almonds (broken into pieces) in ghee & add it to the milk. When its cool, refrigerate it and garnish it with silver paper.
