Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Thick coconut milk(Ist extract) - 1 cup
- Thin coconut milk(IInd extract) - 1 cup
- Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Boil eggs and remove the shell.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute sliced onion till it becomes light brown.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and saute for a while.
- Add the boiled eggs and cover it well with the onion masala.
- :- Serve hot with appam, parotta, chappathi, idiappam and even dosa.
