- When it gets cooked take only flesh from it and grind it using a mixer.
- Stir well and when its brawn add powders and sauté well.
- Then add chicken and salt if needed.
- Then make smooth dough using all purpose and wheat flour by adding water and salt.
- Then make it in to small round shaped balls.
- Then by using a roller make it almost round shaped or square.
- Cut it in to two.
- Then add the chicken mixture to it.
- Then make it in to triangle shaped or ball shaped .

- Then heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot fry samosas .
- Make it brawn both sides.
- Wipe off excess oil.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee.
