Ingredients
- Lady finger(Okra) - 50 gm
- Baigan(Egg Plant) - 50 gm
- Karela(Bitter guard) - 50 gm
- Beans - 50 gm
- Cauliflower - 50 gm
- Carrot - 50 gm
- Bell pepper - 50 gm
- Onion(finely chopped, small size) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 small
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice -
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Mix the Oil, Lemon Juice and all the powder masala into a thick paste.
- Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half to hour.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a tawa.
- Add the marinated vegetable mix to it and little water (just to cook the veg).
- Cook them for about 10-12 minutes. :- Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunch and cooked.
- :- Serve hot!!!
