Ingredients
- Fresh palak - 2 bunches
- Tomatoes(medium size) - 2 nos
- Onion(medium size) - 1 no
- Carrot(diced) - 1 no
- Potato(medium size) - 1 no
- Chana dal(soaked - 2 hrs prior) - 1 cup
- Green chilies - 2-3 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 3-4 pods
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp

Instructions
- Mash these ingredients with a hand masher till completely smashed but do not turn it to a paste.
- Keep it to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add this to the sai bhaji.
- :- Serve hot with plain rice or pulao or the traditional Sindhi rice Bhugal Chanvaar or Brown rice.
