Skewer Chicken
Chicken(boneless) marinated in special masala
Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken boneless
- 10 nos Dry red chillies
- 15 nos Shallots Kunjulli
- 5 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Lemon grass
- 3 tsp Tamarind juice
- Salt As reqd
- Sugar A pinch
Instructions
- For preparing skewer chicken, make a paste of all ingredients except chicken.
- Marinate the paste on the chicken pieces.
- Place the chicken in skewers and grill it.
- Skewer chicken is ready.
