  • Full cream boiled and cooled milk You can use yoghurt instead of milk, for calorie count
  • 2 nos Soft & ripe bananas
  • Strawberries A handful
  • Sugar As reqd
  • Honey As reqd
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Cinnamon powder optional


  • For preparing a Smoothie, pour milk or yoghurt along with all the other ingredients into a blender and beat it up, till its smooth and frothy.
  • :- Taste the sugar or honey and add accordingly.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream and put a small stem of mint leaf in the middle before serving.
