  • For preparing special dates pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix dates paste, condensed milk and milk well.
  • Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.
  • Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.
  • Special dates pudding is ready.
