  • For preparing special puttu, mix corn flour and eendhu podi. Sprinkle salt water and wet it. Keep it aside.
  • Cook shark with salt, turmeric powder and water. Remove the bones and mince it. Keep it aside.
  • Fry onions, green chillies, coconut, eggs and coriander leaves in oil.
  • Add in the minced shark. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
  • Put the powder, then put in the masala in a puttu mould and steam it.
  • Special puttu is ready. Serve hot.
