Minced chicken mixed with egg, spring onion, pepper and other ingredients to make burger

Ingredients
- Minced chicken(without bones) - 500 g
- Egg yolk - 2 nos
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 1 cup
- Spring onions(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- garlic(crushed) - 12 cloves
- Bread crumbs(soaked in water and pressed dry) - 1 cup

Instructions
- For preparing spicy chicken burger, mix minced chicken with all the ingredients: egg yolk, shallots, spring onions, pepper powder, tomato sauce, crushed garlic and bread crumbs.
- Marinate the chicken mixture for 15 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into eight parts and shape into round cutlets.
- Take a tawa and heat. Place the cutlets on the tawa and fry by pouring oil on top of each cutlet. Fry on both sides.
- Spicy chicken burger is ready. Place over burger buns and garnish accordingly with grated cheese, salad cucumber pieces and lettuce.
- Serve spicy chicken burger hot with tomato ketchup.
