- Chicken - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Tomato - 4 nos
- Lemon(juice, small) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) - 2 small
- garlic(minced) - 1 pod
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 3 tsp
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cinnamon(A small piece, Karugapatta) -
- Cardamon(Elakka) - 3 nos
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Cashew nuts(As reqd) -
- Potato(chopped, big) - 1 no
- Tomato sauce(Little) -
- Pepper powder - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Take cooker and pour oil. When oil is heated, put cardamon, cinnamon, cloves and fennel seeds.
- Then add chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder and pepper powder.
- Then add chicken pieces(fresh and cut into small pieces).
- Close the cooker. Wait for 5 whistles or cook till done.
- After the whistles, remove the cooker cap. Then add potato, cashew nuts(paste), curry leaves and lemon juice(small quantity). Cook for a few more minutes till done.
