- Chow chow - 1 nos
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Amchur powder - 1 tsp
- Jeera powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon(to taste) - 1/2 Salt
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Peel and cut Chow chow in small pieces
- In pan add oil and temper jeera and mixed powder masala saute for minute
- Now add chow chow and saute well and add salt and cook for few minutes
- Add required water and add lemon juice.cook well till chow chow become soft.
- Now add Sugar and amchur powder and mix well and turn off .
- Garnish with coriander leaves . now spicy chow chow masala is ready.
