Instructions
- First clean the anchovies thoroughly. 2)Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, required salt and two or three spoon of oil.
- Heat oil in a deep bottomed frying pan. Fry onions till brown in color.
- Add the marinated anchovies to the above masala and mix carefully with out breaking the fish.
- Cook the fish until the oil shows up.
- Serve the dish into a curry bowl.
- Top with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
