Ingredients
- Chicken - 500 g
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing green chicken, first boil spinach and grind it.
- Grind coriander leaves, mint and green chillies.
- Add chicken and coriander mint paste.
- Fry well.
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder and salt.
- Add cumin seeds.
- When half done add tomatoes and cook it. Green chicken is ready.
