- Pumpkin - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Aam Chur powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Asafeotida(a pinch) -
- Lemon(half) -
- Salt : as per taste -
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp

- chop the pumpkin and boil
- Separate the pumpkin and water aside.
- In that water add rice flour and mix it well
- After water cool make dough and make balls and and keep aside.
- Roll the balls like roti and put on the tawa
- Apply water on one side and turn it.
- both side it come bubble take it over
- Keep the grill and grill both side as pulka
- Keep aside and now thw Bhakri is ready.
- Mash pumpkin and keep side and take all ingredients
- In Pan add oil and temper Cumin , fennel seed and asafoetida
- Add all powder except Aam chur powder mix with water and pour it tat pan.
- Add mash Pumpkin and salt mix it well in low flame
- Now add aam chur, sugar and lemon juice.
- Add coriander and keep aside. now Spicy mash pumpkin is ready.
- Now apply Spicy smash pumpkin with that bhakri fully
- Arrange like layer of Bhakri with spicy mash pumpkin.
- Now it ready to serve. serve hot. it melt in the mouth..
