capsicum
and other ingredients

Capsicum

Turmeric Powder
A pinch

Green chillies
chopped

Coriander Powder

Red
Chilli Powder

tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

tsp
Garam masala
1/2
tsp
Mustard Seeds
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan and splutter mustard and
cumin seeds
.
Saute green chilly and
onion
till golden brown in color.
3)Add
capsicum
and
tomato
. Saute for few minutes.
Grind together
tomato
, chilly powder,
cumin seeds
,
Coriander powder
,
garam masala
and
turmeric powder
.
Add this paste into the pan. Mix well.
Cook covered in low flame until mushrooms are done. Do not over cook.
Spicy
mushroom
/khombi/kaazhan/anabe is ready. Serve hot with chappathy, rice etc.
