Ingredients
- Mushroom(halved) - 225 g
- Onion(cut in square pieces, small) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Tomato(cut in square pieces, small) - 1 no
- Capsicum(cut in square pieces, small) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
- Saute green chilly and onion till golden brown in color.
- Grind together tomato, chilly powder, cumin seeds, Coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
- Add this paste into the pan. Mix well.
- Cook covered in low flame until mushrooms are done. Do not over cook.
- Spicy mushroom/khombi/kaazhan/anabe is ready. Serve hot with chappathy, rice etc.
