Ingredients
- Spinach - 1 pkt
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Onion(chopped, small) - 10 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Red chillies - 2 nos
- Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash spinach and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- Add small onions and fry for a minute.
- Add the spinach and stir well.
- Allow the spinach to cook well.
- After 2 minutes when the spinach is cooked well switch off the gas and allow it to cool.
- Add salt and give a quick blend in the mixie.
- :- Serve with rice.
