Ingredients
- Long grain rice - 4 cups
- Rice - 2 cups
- Black gram(Uzhunnu) - 1 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Capsicum(chopped finely, big) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped finely) - 1 no
- Tomatoes(chopped finely) - 2 nos

Instructions
- Soak the long grain rice for 6-7 hrs & black gram for an hour.
- Dry grind the converted rice.
- Grind the soaked rice to a coarse paste & black gram to a fine paste.
- Mix together all the three ground mixtures along with salt & let it ferment at least for a day.
- Heat a griddle & make a round shape with a ladle full of batter.
- Sprinkle the chopped vegetables & apply little oil round the edges.
- After a couple of minutes, flip the side & cook.
- :- Serve hot with Chutney or Sambhar.
