Sprouted Grams Salad

this is natural and good for health and also this good snacks to give children for school

  • sprouted field bean / avarakka 1/4 cup
  • sprouted green bean / pacha payur 1/4 cup
  • sprouted horse gram/ kollu 1/4 cup
  • sprouted cow pea / tatta payur 1/4 cup
  • onion 1
  • carrot 1
  • coconut 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • lime 1/2


  • chop the onion, grate the carrot and coconut
  • mix all the sprouted gram in bowl
  • add onion carrot and coconut mix it
  • take lime juice from lime
  • add salt, pepper and lime juice well
  • sprouted gram salad is ready
