450 g Strawberries1 kg Oranges2 nos Lemon180 g Sugar8 nos Jelly tablets For preparing strawberry jelly, soak the jelly tablets in cold water.Squeeze the oranges and lemons to get 600ml of juice.Pour the juices into a saucepan, add in sugar and boil it.Remove it from the heat and add in the drained jelly tablets. Whisk them well.Puree the strawberries and sieve it.Pour in the juice and mix it.Allow it to cool and pour it into a tin.Leave it to set in the fridge overnight.Plunge the tin in hot water before turning the jelly out.Strawberry jelly is ready.
