Ingredients
- Cauliflower(medium) - 1 no
- Shelled peas - 1/4 kg
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger - 1" piece
- Onion(small) - 2 nos
- Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
- Flour - 1 cup
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Oil - 1/2 kg

Instructions
- Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower, keeping the white portion intact.
- Plunge the cauliflower into the boiling water and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
- :- Care should be taken to see that it does not become too soft.
- Crush shelled peas and ginger.
- Cut onion into small pieces.
- Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Saute onion.
- Add ginger and peas and cook on a very low fire for 5 mins.
- Stuff this mixture between the sprigs of the cauliflower from underneath.
- Make a very thick batter of coating consistency with 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
- Add a pinch of chilly powder and salt to taste.
- Coat the stuffed cauliflower with this and cover with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- :- A wide kadai must be used for frying.
- :- Alternately, it may be coated with egg white and bread crumbs and fried.
- :- Minced meat may be used instead of peas.
