1 kg Chicken (with liver)200 g Button mushrooms (chopped)3 springs Parsley (chopped)60 g Butter20 g Bread (chopped)700 g Potatoes (peeled and quartered)Pepper powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing stuffed chicken with potatoes, preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius. 2)Chop the liver and keep it aside.Heat 15 grams of butter in a pan, fry the chopped liver, mushrooms, parsley and bread on medium flame for 2 minutes.Add in salt and pepper . Mix well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.Stuff the chicken with the filling. Seal the chicken with a ball of grease proof paper.Put the chicken in a baking dish and coat it with 15 grams of butter. Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.When the chicken is baked, arrange the potatoes around it and add knobs of the remaining butter.
