- Chicken(with liver) - 1 kg
- Button Mushrooms(chopped) - 200 g
- Parsley(chopped) - 3 springs
- Butter - 60 g
- Bread(chopped) - 20 g
- Potatoes(peeled and quartered) - 700 g
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed chicken with potatoes, preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius. 2)Chop the liver and keep it aside.
- Heat 15 grams of butter in a pan, fry the chopped liver, mushrooms, parsley and bread on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add in salt and pepper . Mix well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
- Stuff the chicken with the filling. Seal the chicken with a ball of grease proof paper.
- Put the chicken in a baking dish and coat it with 15 grams of butter. Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.
- When the chicken is baked, arrange the potatoes around it and add knobs of the remaining butter. Bake it for another 35 minutes.
- Stuffed chicken with potatoes is ready. Serve hot.
