Ingredients
- Green chillies : ½ k gm -
- Potatoes boiled and mashed : 3 nos -
- Besan / gram flour : 1 cup -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Baking soda : ¼ tsp -
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Slit the green chillies lengthwise.
- Make a thick batter with the besan / gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and baking soda and keep aside.
- Use water to make the batter as required.
- Boil and mash the potatoes with salt and add chopped coriander leaves.
- Stuff the chillies with the mashed potato and coat with the besan / gram flour batter.

- Heat oil and deep fry the bhajis till golden brown in color.
- Serve with coriander chutney.
