- Potatoes - 3 nos
- Oil - 300 ml
- Chickpea flour(Kadala mavu) - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Asafoetida powder(Kayam) - 1/2 tsp
- Soda Bicarb - 1/2 tsp
For stuffing:
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Carrot(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Juice of lemon - 2 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed potato fry, mix all the ingredients for stuffing and keep aside.
- Cut the potato in thick halves.
- Make the batter of dosa batter consistency by mixing the flours, chilly powder, salt, asafoetida and soda bicarb.
- Slit the potato halves and stuff the filling material.
- Stuffed potato fry. Serve hot.
