3 nos Potatoes300 ml Oil1 cup Chickpea flour (Kadala mavu)1 tbsp Rice flour1 tbsp Corn flour1 tsp All purpose flour (Maida)1 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder (Kayam)1/2 tsp Soda bicarbFor stuffing:1 no Onion (finely chopped, big)1 no Carrot (finely chopped)2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 tsp Ginger (grated)Salt (As reqd)1 tsp Pepper powder2 springs Coriander leaves (finely chopped)2 tsp Juice of lemon For preparing stuffed potato fry, mix all the ingredients for stuffing and keep aside.Cut the potato in thick halves.Make the batter of dosa batter consistency by mixing the flours, chilly powder, salt, asafoetida and soda bicarb.Heat oil in a kadai.
