Instructions
- Melt remaining ghee in a pan and roast the chickpea and powder it. Keep this aside.
- Pluck small balls out of the aata dough and flatten lightly. Put a tbsp of sweet chickpea mixture and roll as ball again.
- Roll out into rotis sprinkling little aata flour.
- Heat a tawa and fry sweet and crispy rotis on both sides applying little ghee.
- Sweet and crispy rotis with chickpea, an evening time snack recipe for kids as well as elders, is ready.
