Gulab jamun is an Indian dessert dish that can be made in various ways. One such variation is to use sweet potatoes, to give a lovely texture and a little vitamin C. its easy and simple to do.

Instructions
- Mash sweet potato and keep aside
- Now add ghee mix well
- Now add salt and maida mix and make soft dough
- Now in other pan add oil and heat well. in mean time make small balls of dough and keep aside
- Now drop four in oil and make sure its should not burn . Fry it till it becomes golden brown
- Now Soak in sugar syrup and leave for 15 minutes and transfer to other bowl
- Now its ready to serve
