Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Seedless green grapes(optional) - 10 nos
- Pomagranate seeds(optional) - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
For garnishing:-
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1/4 tsp
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Mash rice and mix with curd and salt.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds followed by black gram, Bengal gram, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and red chillies.
- Add it to rice and mix well.
- Add grapes and pomagranate seeds.
