Instructions
  1. Cut potato into rounds of medium thickness.2) Blend together tomato , cinnamon and green chillies. Make a smooth paste.

  2. Rub it with salt, pepper and corn flour.

  3. Fry the potato in oil till done.

  4. Drain and blot the excess oil in tissue.6) In a pan, heat little oil. Fry garlic chopped and add the tomato paste.7) Fry the paste till the raw smell of tomato goes. 8) Add onion, chilli powder, sweet chilli sauce. Fry till onion is soft. 9) Add little water, approximately ½ cup. 10) Add the fried potatoes and simmer the flame. 11) Let the gravy become semi thick.

  5. Serve hot with chappathi.
