  • For preparing tasty bread cutlet, soak the bread slices in water and squeeze it.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and allow it to become light brown.
  • Now add onion and green chillies. Saute it well.
  • Toss in the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  • Smash the boiled potatoes and soaked bread with your hands.
  • Sprinkle salt and add it to the mixture. Mix it well.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, pour a little water into the corn flour and make it a semi consistent mixture.
  • Now shape the prepared bread-veggie mixture into cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Dip the shaped cutlets in corn flour mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Fry deeply the cutlets in oil.
  • Tasty bread cutlets are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
