- Bread - 4 slices
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Boiled potato - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste- 1 tsp) -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
- Bread crumbs(As reqd for coating) -
- Corn flour - 4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty bread cutlet, soak the bread slices in water and squeeze it.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Now add onion and green chillies. Saute it well.
- Toss in the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Smash the boiled potatoes and soaked bread with your hands.
- Sprinkle salt and add it to the mixture. Mix it well.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, pour a little water into the corn flour and make it a semi consistent mixture.
- Now shape the prepared bread-veggie mixture into cutlets.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip the shaped cutlets in corn flour mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs.
- Fry deeply the cutlets in oil.
- Tasty bread cutlets are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
