Easy curry with Green gram(Cheruparippu/Moong dal)

Ingredients
- Green gram(Cheruparippu) - 2 cups
- Onion(cut into small pieces, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 4 -
- Fenugreek leaves(optional, Uluva ela) - 1 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- In a presuure cooker, boil moong dal, tomato, onion, methi leaves and green chillies along with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- After boiling, smash the curry well.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the above curry into the seasoning.
- Allow it to boil.
- When it starts to boil, remove from flame.
- :- Serve with chappathis.
