- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/4 kg
- Egg - 1 no
- Yeast - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- When it ferments, add maida and egg. Prepare a smooth dough.
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 3 hours.
- Pluck out small balls and roll out into naan. Press it in desired shapes. Heat it in a pan as we make chapatti.
- Spread butter on both sides.
- Naan is ready. Serves best with chicken curry.
