Ingredients
- Mushroom(chopped) - 500 g
- Capsicum(chopped) - 2 nos
- Spring onion(chopped) - 4 nos
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 3 nos
- Ajinomoto(A pinch) -
- Carrot(diced) - 1 cup
- Red chillies - 3 nos
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a kadai, pour vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Add red chillies and garlic. Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
- Grind the chillies and garlic into fine paste.
- In a wok, heat butter and saute capsicum, carrot, spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
- Melt remaining butter in a pan and add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry till golden brown in color.
- Add the cooked capsicum and spring onion into the mushroom and cook till dry. Add the ground paste, ajinomoto and toast well.
