- For the marinade: -
- Tofu - 1/2 slab
- garlic(minced) - 1 tsp
- Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(for fry) -

Instructions
- Cut tofu into slabs 3¦¦x3¦¦ size.
- Mix together the marinade and smear it on the tofu pieces. :- Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a thick flat pan.
- Slowly fry the tofu pieces on low heat.
- Once the bottom side is brown turn over carefully and cook the other side.
- When done, carefully transfer to a plate. You may serve with mint or coriander chutney. :- Serve hot!!!
