  • garlic(minced) - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • Oil(for fry) -

Instructions
  1. Cut tofu into slabs 3¦¦x3¦¦ size.
  2. Mix together the marinade and smear it on the tofu pieces. :- Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a thick flat pan.
  4. Slowly fry the tofu pieces on low heat.
  5. Once the bottom side is brown turn over carefully and cook the other side.
  6. When done, carefully transfer to a plate. You may serve with mint or coriander chutney. :- Serve hot!!!
