Ingredients
- 1 Package firm tofu(water drained and pre fried .) -
- Red bell peppers(cored, seeded and julienned) - 1 cup
- Green Bell peppers(cored, -seeded and julienned) - 1 cup
- Onion(thinly sliced, medium size) - 1 no
- Ginger(minced) - 2 tsp
- garlic(minced) - 2 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Spring onions(cut in 1 inch length) - 1/2 cup
- Dash of aji no moto -
- Salt(to taste.) -
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Cut tofu into four equal parts and each quarter again into four strips length wise.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Slide in sliced onions and sautT for 1 minute.
- Add the tofu and fry till golden brown. Skip this step if the tofu is fried already 6)Add the green and red bell peppers and stir well.
- Lower the flame, add spring onions, salt and soy sauce and aji no moto.
