  • 1/2 kg Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd


  • For preparing tomato puree, put the tomatoes in boiling water for few minutes.
  • Mash the tomatoes in a food processor.
  • Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Tomato puree is ready. Refrigerate and serve.
  • Specialities: 1)Sauce.
