Ingredients

2 nos Tomato ripe
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chilly powder
2 cups Rice prepared with left rice or basmati rice
1 no Onion medium
Oil As reqd
Salt As reqd
Curry leaves As reqd

Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds in it.
Add curry leaves, cumin seeds and saute for 1 - 2 mins.
Add onion and fry until it turns tender.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it until raw smell goes away.
Add tomato and cook until tender and paste.
:- Add little water for gravy.
Add chilli powder and sprinkle garam masala and salt. 7)Add the cooked rice to the mixture and add 1 tsp of gingelly oil.
