Tomato Soup Easy Tomato soup 8 nos Tomatoes (chopped, large)1 no Onion (chopped, small)550 ml Vegetable Stock or Water*Worcestershire Sauce (A few drops)20 gms Beetroot (optional)2 nos Bay leaf (Karuka ela)1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder1 tsp ButterChopped Parsley leaves (A few)* In place of Worcestershire Sauce, you can also use 1 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice Cook all the ingredients (except butter and sauce), in a covered pan for about 30 minutes on low heat untill the tomatoes become soft.Remove the beetroot and bay leaves. Either rub through a sieve or liquidize in a blender and strain. Reheat and add worcestershire sauce.Garnish with butter and/or parsley leaves.:-Serve steaming hot. American
