Ingredients
- Plantain - 1/4 kg
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 3
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut plantain into medium pieces Cook it with pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and water.
- Grind grated coconut with shallots, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies together.
- Add the ground coconut mixture to the cooked plantain allow it to cook in a low flame.
- Beat the yogurt and add it to the cooked plantain and stir well to avoid lumps.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds,dry chillies and fenugreek seeds and add it to the curry.
