Tuna and cheese with curry flavour

Tuna
drained and flaked

cup
Cheese
Cheddar cheese preferred, grated
1/4
cup
Milk
1

Egg
1
cup
All purpose flour
Maida
1/2
of
Tomato
finely chopped
1/4
tsp
Red chilly powder
optional
1/2
tsp
Cumin powder
Jeerakam
1
tsp
Pepper
Salt
As reqd
Coriander leaves
chopped
1
tsp
Tomato
paste
1/2
cup
Olive
oil
/Vegetable
oil
1
tsp
Baking powder
Cheese
For garnishing, grated
Instructions
In a bowl mix flour,
milk
, eggs, pepper, chilly powder,
baking powder
,
salt
, olive
oil
and
tomato
.
Stir well to combine.
Mix tuna, chopped coriander and grated cheese.
Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a medium wide loaf pan. Pour tuna mix into the pan. Level the top and bake for 40 minutes.
Keep watch at intervals. If the top browns quickly, cover with aluminium foil.
When baked, remove from oven. Grate cheese over the bread. Slice and serve with
tomato
sauce.
