A healthy traditional breakfast with carrot

Ingredients
- Fried Sooji(Rava) - 2 cups
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Carrot - 4 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Fresh Coconut milk(or use coconut powder to make coconut milk) - 3 cups
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Cashew nut - 10 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Chop onion, green chillies and ginger in to small pieces.
- Grate the carrot.
- Heat ghee in a kadai.
- Add Mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
- Add onion, green chillies and ginger and fry till onion gets transparent.
- Add the fried sooji (rava) to the boiling milk little by little, stirring thoroughly to make sure that no lumps are formed.
- Mix it well and cook for 3-4 mins in low flame (close the kadai with lid).
- Fry the cashews in ghee and add it.
- :-Serve hot!
