Vegetable Fried Rice At Home

Vegetable fried rice ready in very less time

Ingredients
  

  • Rice : 3 cup
  • Chopped French beans : 100 gm
  • Carrots cut in thin strips : 2 nos
  • 3 nos Spring onions with greens cut in rings : 2
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced : 3
  • Light soya sauce : 2 tsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper : ¼ tsp
  • Ajinomoto : few
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Sesame oil : 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and boil the rice and keep aside to cool. The rice should be slightly under cooked.
  • Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add minced garlic and fry till it turns golden brown in color.
  • Add french beans and carrots and stir fry for a minute.
  • Add the spring onions and greens and stir fry.
  • Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto to the vegetables and mix well.
  • Add cooked rice and light soya sauce and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
