Ingredients
- Rice : 3 cup -
- Chopped French beans : 100 gm -
- Carrots cut in thin strips : 2 nos -
- Spring onions with greens cut in rings : 2 - 3 nos
- Garlic minced : 3 - 4 cloves
- Light soya sauce : 2 tsp -
- Freshly ground black pepper : ¼ tsp -
- Ajinomoto : few -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Sesame oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- Wash and boil the rice and keep aside to cool. The rice should be slightly under cooked.
- Add french beans and carrots and stir fry for a minute.
- Add the spring onions and greens and stir fry.
- Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto to the vegetables and mix well.
- Add cooked rice and light soya sauce and mix well.
- Serve hot.
